Tura was not just a singer, but also a gifted composer. He wrote almost all his songs himself, often with lyrics by Nelly Byl. His repertoire is surprisingly versatile. Andrea Croonenberghs, Els Dottermans, and Barbara Dex previously brought a brilliant homage to Boudewijn de Groot – to the great joy of the master himself. Three singers, each with their own unique perspective. They know better than anyone how to give each song a personal touch, always with respect for the original. Now they bring an ode to Tura, together and separately. Creative, idiosyncratic, but always warm and full of reverence for the lyrics.
