During the 10-day event of the Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg, one theme is central: Being well surrounded. But what does that actually mean, in a world in which we are constantly connected… and at the same time often feel alone? In this live talk, Jef Willem and Nicolas Overmeire van Onbespreekbaar address a simple, but powerful thought: you are not alone, not even when it feels that way. Based on recognizable stories, insights from psychology, and daily life, they explore the role of connection in mental health.
