Singer and songwriter Stef Bos and composer-conductor Dirk Brossé worked together for the first time in 2026, commissioned by the Noord Nederlands Orkest. Brossé arranged a selection from the repertoire of Bos for large orchestra. That meeting proved to be a bullseye: the directness of the song and the power of the orchestra came together naturally. In a time when the news sometimes makes one despondent, Bos and Brossé look for a different tone. Not looking away, but looking with attention. Not shouting louder, but making space for beauty, memory, and wonder. During this concert, well-known and lesser-known songs by Stef Bos get a new perspective, in which text, melody, and orchestra reinforce each other. Met Prima La Musica Na their first collaboration, Bos and Brossé decided that this meeting called for a sequel. This time they are going on tour with Prima La Musica, the own orchestra of Dirk Brossé, in the Netherlands and Belgium. A concert in which the voice of Bos, the arrangements of Brossé, and the full sound of the orchestra come together in an evening that feels both personal and grand.
