Nori is a researcher and knows everything about the sea. About the creatures that float in its dark depths. About sea sparkle that lights up in a blue-green glow in the spring. About the ‘primordial soup’ from which all life originated, but which is becoming more acidic and turning into a plastic soup. She shares her love and care for the sea with Dulse, a beachcomber, amateur cook, and Nori’s faithful companion.
In WIER they make a plea to protect the sea, to be gentle with it. They tell about the wonderful world of seaweed, and Dulse learns how to cook with it. Cutting, chopping, steaming, and baking, they make a snack together with the audience.
Taste the delicious things the sea has to offer, let yourself be surprised by unknown flavors, and contribute to a world where it is good to live.
