Dendermonde full of stories - Tussen Ros and Giants

Dendermonde is full of stories. Big and small, old and new, surprising and striking. With 'Dendermonde full of stories', you as an individual can join a group walk with a guide every second Sunday of the month. On Sunday, August 9th , you can participate in the walk 'Tussen Ros and Giants' . Our guide will tell you everything about our great folkloric prides of the city: the Ros Beiaard and the three guild giants Indian, Mars, and Goliath. It will be another four years until the next glory moment of the Ros Beiaard. But you can spot the three giants at the end of August. On August 27th, during the Traditionele Reuzenommegang Katuit, Indian, Mars, and Goliath will dance through the streets of Dendermonde, cheered on by tens of thousands of spectators.
