Visit to the dairy in Berlare (half-day trip)

De Zuivelarij was founded in 2014 by David. Initially, the intention was to make dairy products on a small scale as a hobby with milk from local farmers. But our Berloumi grill cheese soon became a success, which allowed us to grow further. In the meantime, we specialize in creative, less common, Mediterranean dairy products, often with culinary applications. Thus, our hobby soon grew into a thriving, ambitious, local, and innovative company.
