Rutger, Thomas, and their dog Paco end up in a crazy adventure again when Paco suddenly turns into a cat. It soon turns out that it is no coincidence, but that someone wants to turn all dogs into cats. As dog owners panic, Rutger and Thomas must unravel the mystery behind these transformations. In a race against the clock full of disguises, humor, and chaos, Rutger and Thomas do everything they can to save Paco and the other dogs from the curse.
