Without judgment and with the camera close to the skin, we follow the grieving process of twelve-year-old Eya after the death of her big brother Younès. Eya seeks support in religion, rituals, and from family and friends, but relies primarily on all her creativity and resilience to come to terms with this loss. What a tender and nuanced portrait. Uncompromising, authentic, fragile, and understated. Op Film Fest Gent won the audience award for the film.
