When and where?
Sunday, June 21, 2026. We meet at 2:00 PM at the 'squirrel' parking lot on the edge of the park. The parking lot has no address, but it is directly opposite Mechelseweg 60, 2800 Mechelen.
Click here for the route description (Google Maps).
The route to the parking lot is indicated with signposts. From the parking lot, follow the adventurous squirrel path and 200m later you are in the park. Next to the bridges are playful little bridges for the children. Or choose the paved route of 400m along the bike path of the Hombeeksesteenweg and the Potaardestraat.
Preferably use this parking lot and please do not park in the surrounding streets
What can you expect?
The walk is a good 6 km (incl. the rose walk), so this is feasible for everyone.
For the enjoyers, we will raise a glass after the walk at a location in Mechelen. Suggestions are welcome.
With warm Willemsfondsgroeten
