Sooner or later, the monster of the night visits everyone. It is a strange visit: there is someone in your room, and yet you feel very alone. That monster has many names: fear, death, stress, or change. Sometimes it stands still by your bed, sometimes it just keeps talking. And as soon as the sun comes up, it disappears again. With NACHT, Mats Vandroogenbroeck and Jonas Baeke create an intimate performance about fear. They show different figures who are overcome by an oppressive feeling at night. But what if we don't chase the monster away, but address it? If we start a conversation with it? Are we still alone, or still afraid?
