Expo Pieter De Raedt

Pieter De Raedt grew up in an art-loving family and developed a passion for photography early on. Meanwhile, he has been photographing for forty years, first analog and later digital, always with an idiosyncratic view and a preference for less traveled paths. His fascination for industrial landscapes was reflected in three yearbooks of the international photo collective IKF (Industriekultur-Fotografie), to which he contributed. The series “Urinoirs” was selected for the traveling exhibition Photo View 2014. A year later followed “Melting ice caves”, about climate change, for Photo View 2015. In addition, he provided photo material for publications about the history of the electricity sector, in which he has been active for almost 25 years.
