LES ZERKIENS - AROUND AND AROUND (1.5 - 6 YEARS)

RONDOM ROND is a short performance, framed by participatory installations, which the audience can experience after the performance. The performance: RONDOM ROND tells us an ecological, poetic story. We meet a mischievous, curious little creature that spontaneously reminds us of a bear. He likes living in his little house, feels completely 'at home' there, and loves apples. When his fridge is empty, it is the sign for a new start: he ventures outside and discovers the nature around him. He mimics as many things as he sees and turns all these transformations into a wonderful game. The game helps him to better understand and appreciate his environment. It turns out to be the key to opening himself up to the world. The installations: The various installations build on the themes of the performance and invite the children (and their parents) to continue discovering them while playing. Since 1997, Les Zerkiens has been creating wordless puppet and object performances for a young audience. Through productions such as 'Species of Species', 'Little Fish', 'Bandits', 'Cimes', 'LION', and 'SCHRIK', the company has developed a unique poetic and visual universe. It has already taken them far abroad.
