In 2026, they celebrate this special milestone with a sparkling anniversary tour full of boundary-shifting rhythms, cultural encounters, and international top acts. A grand and sensory spectacle in which the best of a quarter of a century merges into one energetic, compelling show. With roots in all corners of the world and musical influences from Africa, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, Drums United – since its founding by drummer Lucas van Merwijk – has been showing for 25 years that rhythm is a universal language: powerful, connecting, and rousing. Van Beijing to Oslo, from Mexico to Cairo: everywhere their music brought the audience into ecstasy. During this special tour, original band members return to the stage, together with world-class international guest artists. Live percussion, vocals, dance, and impressive video projections come together in an overwhelming total experience that brings both the body and the soul into motion.
