Piazzola, Brighenti, Ricardo… Tangos Born in Buenos Aires at the end of the 19th century, the tango has transformed over the generations of composers and performers. The works of Astor Piazzolla, of Osvaldo Pugliese, of Horacio Salgán or of Aníbal Troilo bear witness to the richness of this tradition, between popular heritage and more elaborate writing. Avec le Tango Nuevo, Piazzolla profoundly renews its language, by integrating influences from jazz and classical music.
