Theater performance "De Slappe der Wet"

This play takes place in a police station belonging to Commissioner "De Hond". The wife of Commissioner De Hond leaves for a weekend at the seaside. So, nothing stands in the way of the commissioner making a date with his mistress. In all his intensity, he makes some rash decisions and lets his 'dopey' messenger Charel take his place at the police station. All the latter has to do is guard a criminal and receive an investigating judge... But that is apparently asking a bit too much....
