That Dat Isabelle A is a fixture in the Flemish music landscape, we have known for a long time. But that her heart also beats for the French chanson, the general public only really discovered in 2024. With her first series Isabelle à la Française, she stood before sold-out halls night after night. That tour followed her passage in Liefde voor Muziek (2017). Her rendition of Dormir en Cuillère, a French translation of Lepeltjesgewijs van Bart Peeters, struck a sensitive chord. Later, she also brought French gems on the radio in the morning program Sven & Anke on Joe. Now a new chapter follows.
