Lying-down concert 'Blossoms of Sound'

When nature awakens and the light returns, we invite you to also bloom again inwardly. Blossoms of Sound is a sound healing concert that takes you on a quieting journey through soft vibrations and healing frequencies. Each tone unfolds like a blossom in your inner landscape. Sound bowls, tongue drum, soft synthesizer, cello, and other harmonic instruments weave a warm sound field in which tension can melt, the heart opens, and fresh life force becomes palpable. The music carries you to a deep relaxation and a renewed connection with yourself. This concert is an invitation to breathe again together with nature, let go of what no longer serves, and make room for new energy. In harmony with yourself and with the world around you. Give yourself this moment of quieting and renewal. Let yourself be carried by the sound and… bloom. Please provide your own lying mat, blanket, and possibly a pillow for the head. This way you can fully enjoy this lying concert in all comfort. Biografie Andy Vanbeveren is passionate about music and its effects on humans. What once started with sound bowls and gongs has meanwhile grown into a collection of more than 350 instruments. Native American Flute, didgeridoo, handpan, tongue drum, all kinds of percussion and drums, numerous string instruments, piano, and many other world instruments belong to his unique collection. He went through various training courses at home and abroad and was allowed to learn from many great 'masters' in their field such as Hans de Back (sound bowls), Shree Krishna Shahi and Santa Ratna Shakya (sound bowls), Don Conreaux (gongs), Michael Telepary (Native American Flute), Nestor Kornblum (overtone singing),... Since 2010 he has more than 1000 concerts to his name. Not only throughout Flanders, but also in the Netherlands. He played, among others, at Tomorrowland, the Japanese garden in Hasselt, Casino van Blankenberge, numerous cultural centers, churches, etc. He is known for his lasting innovations in sound combinations. A passion that he meanwhile also knows how to interpret via live looping. In the past, he played together with other musicians such as Tylaine Van den Broeck (piano), Gilbert Isbin (lute), John Snauwaert (sax), Michael Telapary (American Native Flute), Nicolas Mortelmans (sitar), Hari Paudjal (bansuri flute), Hélène Philippart (bansuri flute and transverse flute), Manish Pingle (slide guitar), Catherine Maes (mezzo-soprano), Bart Gits (taiko), Aki Vergels-Sato (koto), Cantavita (overtone singing), etc. In addition, he already accompanied numerous yoga sessions, meditation, teambuildings, festivals, Ecstatic Dance, etc.
