When screens take over, the toys fight for what really counts: playing together!
In ‘Toy Story 5’, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie and their toy friends return for a new adventure. But this time they face stiff competition … from technology! As Wanneer Bonnie gets older and becomes completely obsessed with her new tablet Lilypad, the classic toys threaten to disappear into the closet. What follows is a recognizable and funny story about screens, playtime and friendship. While the toys do everything they can to win back Bonnie’s attention, they rediscover what makes real play so special: imagining together, experiencing adventures and creating your own world.
With humor, action and a warm heart, Pixar once again brings a story that touches both children and parents, and secretly also asks a recognizable question: how do we keep space for imagination in a world full of screens?
