GEE TEE (aus) Fuzzy garage punk from Sydney. Gee Tee is the project of Kel Mason and originated in his garage on Gold Coast in 2016. In 2019, he moved to the big city and lived there with Michael Barker, Ishka Edmeades, Ryan Ellem, and Campbell Payne. Fast forward two years and Gee Tee is just about 'the hottest ticket in town' in the land down under, with quite a lot of buzz internationally and sold-out shows. They make catchy, trashy, fuzzy garage punk pop songs (yes, that's a thing!) and drench them in snotty vocal lines and an overdriven synth organ. Infectious and earworm-inducing, music that immediately finds a nest in your auditory memory. They are known for their exciting and raw performances and are heading to our continent again this summer. No idea what witchcraft was involved, but both GEE TEE and CLAMM found a common gap in their schedules to head down to Diksmuide. Now it's your turn! Instagram | Bandcamp CLAMM (aus) Punk trio from Melbourne seeking meaning in a chaotic world. Jack Summers, Miles Harding, and Stella Rennex delve into the tumultuous experience of young people trying to lead an authentic and principled life in an increasingly chaotic world. They confront the challenges of navigating deeply rooted power systems and oppression, while prioritizing mental well-being and a strong personal identity. With their raw and intense sound , CLAMM seeks a sense of community, sparks creativity, and offers an outlet for catharsis. After one short listen through their discography, you will immediately feel what we mean by that. Their debut album ‘Beseech Me’ (2020) was an instant hit and earned them articles in Rolling Stone and airplay on BBC 6 Music. Follow-up ‘Care’ (2022) sounds even rawer, has an even greater dystopian punk content, and secured them a permanent place in the contemporary punk scene worldwide. Last year, ‘Serious Acts’ was released, a record that goes even further in their no-nonsense writing while deepening their sound. And after all that beauty, we are incredibly eager to unleash them in our venue. Instagram | Linktree
