A group of 50-plusers [sic] gets together every week to loosen up their muscles a bit, under supervision. But without exerting themselves too much. On a chair, taking it easy, no fuss.
Until their loyal supervisor – himself not the youngest anymore either – suddenly passes away. His place is taken by an enthusiastic young jack-in-the-box, full of energy and grand plans. The chairs make way for gymnastics equipment and Olympic gold is his goal. Whether that is still to the liking of the old folks is questionable. One thing is certain: the fresh wind causes a lot of hilarity.
A delightful visual gymnastics comedy, a somersault of fun, full of crazy capers.
