After celebrating 30 years of his career, accordionist Didier Laloy is beginning a new stage: that of transmission.
Naturally immersed in the musical universe of his daughter ALMA, he lets himself be seduced by the idea of participating in the creation of a project that would resemble them, combining the pop-rock influences of one with the acoustic and folk sounds of the other.
An unexpected middle ground is created, where each shapes their place; Alma on composition and vocals, Didier on arrangements and artistic direction.
Result: between Lana Del Rey and the power of world music, a singular and strong collaboration with pop-folk sounds, sometimes tribal, which does not seek to follow trends or flatter the spirit of the times.
Alma: vocals – piano – Véronica Codesale: vocals – percussion – Jean-Paul Kasprzyk: guitars – William Van Den Bossche: drums – percussion – Didier Laloy: accordion
