Walk: Villas and Roses

This walk is a variation of the architecture walk. The 'villa zone' on the tourist signs refers to cottages, country houses, modernist, and other homes in the Hertogenweg, Albertlaan, and adjacent streets. We will also stop in the garden of one of the two guides. Special attention will be paid to the roses present, including the creations of Louis Lens, a Belgian rose grower and breeder with international appeal.
