He studied and took his first comedy steps in the Netherlands. In 2014, he debuted with his comedy show ‘Mijn Broer and I’ and immediately won the Groninger Studenten Cabaret Festival. Two years later, he also won Cameretten, in the wake of Theo Maassen and Hans Teeuwen. This opened the big gate to Flanders and he was, just like Jade Mintjes, to be seen as one of the 8 promises in ‘Voor De Leeuwen’ on één, vrt. With his second comedy show ‘Amai’ and his next, ‘Ten Aarzel’, he has put himself on the map for good as a comedian. He received rave reviews and was seen as one of the most exciting comedians of his generation.
