Guided visit to Labiomista followed by a summer barbecue

Have you never visited Labiomista in Genk (Marcel Habetslaan no. 50), or would you like to see the park with completely different eyes? This is your chance. On Saturday, September 19, we will head together to the wonderful site of artist Koen Vanmechelen. An impressive mix of art, nature, architecture, and social vision that you simply must have seen. You can walk beautifully between the artworks and the animals on the 24-hectare site, but Labiomista is more than an open-air museum. A 'cross-pollinator' – that is what the guides of Labiomista are called – will help us understand that living artwork with its underlying philosophy and will thus expose the soul of that project. Participation price: € 6.50 (residents of Genk or possession of Museum pass: free) Following this, around 6:00 PM, a summer BBQ at our trusted Kliniekse (Noordlaan 6, Genk). Eating together connects and that is what we aim for with our barbecue immediately following our visit to Labiomista. There will be a lot to tell again, because many of us have not been sitting still in recent months and were on the road on foot or by bike on one or another pilgrimage route, whether or not to Compostela.
