Troissoeur is back! What began in the late 1990s as a wild, musical experiment by the three Vanvinckenroye brothers (Rein, Edwin, and Joris) and guitarist Pieter Thys, has grown into a unique voice within the Belgian and international music scene. With their uncompromising, expressive, anarchistic sound, they kick over sacred cows while simultaneously building a rock-solid live reputation. After years of silence and separate paths, in 2020 they felt the call of their roots again. What starts as a simple reunion quickly becomes much more. Today, Troissoeur is buzzing with new energy and artistic drive, and they prove that their sound language still stimulates, surprises, and moves. In 2027, they will release their brand-new album ‘Vinistan’: a bold step forward, without losing their unmistakable DNA. Do not expect a repetition of the past, but a reinvention – wild, unpredictable, and unmistakably Troissoeur. When Wanneer Troissoeur accidentally sets foot on shore, they discover a world full of dreams, voices, and forgotten sounds. They became captivated by the Vinistaneans – their stories, their music, their way of life. What begins as a chance encounter grows into an artistic calling. In Vinistan has no hierarchy – only intersections of stories. It is a place of freedom, wonder, and connection. The songs on the new album ‘Vinistan’ are sung in the local language of the islands.
