A Swinkling Christmas

The most wonderful time of the year is gradually approaching: Christmas. As the days grow shorter and it gets dark outside earlier and earlier, we make things extra cozy inside with twinkling lights, warm drinks, and a wonderfully soft blanket. And what brings more atmosphere and warmth in these dark days than music? Music touches us, brings people together, and creates special moments that stay with us for a long time. From soft, touching melodies to cheerful, captivating sounds, music lets us experience the magic of Christmas even more intensely. We would love to share precisely that magic with you. The JET family brings you fully into the Christmas spirit with 'A Swinkling Christmas'. A cozy Christmas concert where the JMB, JJB, and JSB will all perform. For the first part, the JMB and JJB take charge under the direction of conductor Céline De Fruyt. They will try to enchant you with, among other things, Drivin' Home for Christmas, Dragon Dance, Christmas Footprints, and Mr. Sandman. In the second part, you will hear the JSB at work under the direction of conductor Gilles Demeurisse. Among others, Les Misérables, Fields of Honour, Ruslan & Ludmilla, and Christmas Fantasia are on the program. This concert is highly recommended for every music and/or Christmas lover who would like to experience a cozy evening during the chilly winter days with a touch of music. JET welcomes you on Saturday 19 December 2026 at 20.00 hours in the Witte Vleugel in Tielt (Monseigneur Van Hovestraat 2). Tickets can be ordered via www.jettielt.be. A ticket for an adult costs 15 euros, children under 12 years pay 10 euros.
