Murga Toujours

Murgafanfare Agrum! exists 20 years and Jaune Toujours celebrates 30 years. For two decades, Murgafanfare Agrum! has been traveling with their crazy brass band full of Balkan, Latin, and Murga energy from festival to street party, from organic market to New Year's reception. More than 400 performances on the counter, both at home and in all the countries surrounding us. Everywhere they land, they bring musical sunshine, dancing feet, and wide smiles, with their Murguero dancers who drag young and old into the festive joy. What an adventure! With their idiosyncratic mix of ska, reggae, Balkan, punky energy, and poetic engagement, the Brusselse Jaune Toujours grew into a permanent fixture in the European live scene. For instance, they shared the stage with Manu Chao, Calexico, and the Gangbé Brass Band, played live on BBC Radio, and brought their Belgian ska with punky attitude to festivals like Womad, Oerol, Couleur Café, Calgary Folk Festival, Fusion, and Re Re Riga. Their concerts are parties full of energy and involvement, in which genres are exceeded and boundaries fade. 2026 is their 30th anniversary as a professional band - a milestone they celebrate grandly with concerts that summarize the energy, warmth, and musicality of three decades.
