“Glad you see me.” ERGENS (SOMEWHERE) is an impressive 180° VR experience that takes young and old on a journey through the inner world of a child who feels ‘alone’. Trapped in the enchanting oppression of loneliness, you put on VR glasses and step into a 3D film world. A visual trip, supported by piercing music. The installation is both a collective and an individual experience: you visit the space with 33 others, but as soon as the glasses go on, you are alone with the images. ERGENS invites you to think about the impact of loneliness and the power that arises when we truly make contact.
