From deep personal loss arises a gripping musical story that comforts and touches live to the core. The story of TP Le Green is special. Tim Beernaert was confronted with the unthinkable: the tragic loss of his four-year-old son Rinus. From this heartbreaking grief springs a stream of music. Initially only for himself, as comfort, as a way to give the loss a place. What started as personal therapy grows into music that touches everyone. Musicians such as Jonathan Jeremiah, Baloji and especially Joost Zweegers feel the emotion in his work. Thus TP Le Green is created — a name full of meaning: T for Tim, P for Pini, the nickname of Rinus, and Green as a tribute to soul legend Al Green.
