Natuurpunt walk for Walk-in House Dementia Ghent

Natuurpunt Regio Gent offers a free walk in the Bourgoyen nature reserve, with special attention for people dealing with dementia. The walk is organized together with the Inloophuis Dementie Gent. Everyone is welcome, certainly the informal caregivers as well. Registration is not necessary. Two guides will be ready; they have experience in guiding people who need some extra attention. At the beginning of September, you can still enjoy the summer bloomers in the Bourgoyen, while the bird migration is slowly getting underway. With a bit of luck, it will be ideal walking weather: not too warm and not too cold.
