Day trip to Ghent

The big summer holiday trip brings us to Ghent this year. We will meet no later than 9:00 AM at the Temse station - track 1 train at 9:11 AM. At In Sint-Niklaas we will take the IC train at 9:36 AM towards Gent Dampoort. From there, we will head to the center of Ghent where our guide Arne is waiting for us. He will take us to important places. There is a lot to offer in Ghent and the distances are short. At noon, we will eat at a special place (still a secret), where soup, a main course (choice between regular or vegetarian), and water will be waiting for us. When we leave this super destination, we will head to the Groentenmarkt by the water. And certainly... Ghent is about boating, via the Leie, Lieve, and Schelde rivers to the Reep. After this boat trip, the city will have no more secrets for us. If there is still time for a terrace, we will end the day that way. Afterward, it is back to the station: Train at 5:02 PM or 6:02 PM.
