Come on art safari in the Flemish Parliament

On Sunday, November 15, we are once again celebrating Art Day for Children – and of course, the Vlaams Parlement is participating! At many locations in Flanders, you can then enjoy a day full of art, architecture, theater, film, and literature. Take your children on a fun journey of discovery through the parliament. Want to be there? Register quickly! What is on the program? Forget the political animals for a moment: during this safari, you will discover the beastly works of art hidden everywhere in the Vlaams Parlement. A guide will take you and your child(ren) along on the trail. Can you find the beetles, giraffes, horses, and – yes – lions? A cuddly toy lion with a mission awaits at each artwork. Solve them together and travel on to the next stop. Have you spotted all the artistic beasts? Then it is your turn to roll up your sleeves and make a work of art yourself. For whom? For families with children between 4 and 10 years old. Where? Bezoekerscentrum Vlaams Parlement, IJzerenkruisstraat 99, 1000 Brussel Wanneer? Sunday, November 15. We are providing three time slots: 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 1:30 PM. Duration? 90 minutes (one hour of safari and half an hour of craft workshop) Reserving? That is free, but mandatory. Reservations can be made until Wednesday, November 11. This activity takes place within the framework of Art Day for Children.
