A group of 60-plussers meets every week to, under supervision, loosen the muscles a bit. But without tiring themselves too much. On a chair, take it easy, no hassle. Until their loyal supervisor – himself no longer the youngest – suddenly passes away. His place is taken by an enthusiastic young spring-in-the-field, full of energy and grand plans. The chairs make way for gymnastics equipment and Olympic gold is his goal. Whether that is still up the alley of the oldies, that is the question.
