Suitable for all ages from 7 years and the perfect choice for those looking for a special cultural experience in a unique setting. Or for those who just want to come to themselves and rest. There are simple mats available and a limited number of pillows. Feel free to bring an extra soft mat and don't forget your pillow and blanket.
