Patricia is in her mid-thirties and still lives with her parents. She struggles with herself, but there is also little stability at home. Her parents are drowning in their own worries: financial problems, suspicion, and conspiracy theories color their view of the world. Everyone is just muddling through. What is actually real? And what have we invented ourselves? In a world that we are constantly interpreting and reinventing, facts and fabrications intertwine into a collective swamp of assumptions. We repeat each other, seek confirmation with phrases like "Right?!", "Get it?", and "Isn't that so?", and believe that this is reality. But meanwhile, the world tumbles, like a marble out of a trouser pocket, towards the abyss. A special and at times witty portrait of people who are trying to get a grip on a world that keeps slipping away from them.
