Live in Europe - Heather Nova

Since the beginning of the 90s, singer-songwriter Heather Nova, born in Bermuda, has let the sun shine in the music landscape. She balances between pop, folk, and rock, with poetic influences from her idols Kate Bush and Patti Smith. With her breakthrough albums Oyster and Siren, the musician gained international fame with acoustic-tinged hippie-rock songs such as London rain, Maybe an angel, Truth and bone, and Walk this world. Since then, she has continued to make records and tours incessantly. On Op Other shores from 2022, she reinterpreted songs by The National, John Lennon, and Pixies from her own, female perspective. En Breath and air from 2025 was again a collection of atmospheric songs. But what has really earned Heather Nova a loyal fan base are her live performances. Known for her incredibly powerful, but also angelic or ethereal voice, she plays at large rock festivals with a full band, just as impressively as she knows how to captivate the audience in intimate theaters in a minimalist setting with only a cellist as accompaniment.
