Film in the Forest - Le Chant of the Forests - Riemst

Deep in the forests of the Vosges, where lynxes, deer, owls, and capercaillies roam, Vincent Munier pays tribute to the visual splendor of nature and captures the poetic sounds of the forest. Thanks to his father Michel, a naturalist, he learned everything there, and now it is time to pass this knowledge on to Simon, his son. Three gazes, three generations, one and the same fascination for the untamed beauty of nature. Film of the evening: Le Chant des forêts (FR spoken, NL subtitled). Location: Villa Castrum, nature reserve Plateau van Caestert, 3770 Riemst Kom preferably by bike or on foot. Parking is available at the Brug van Kanne, Steenstraat in Riemst. From there it is a 20-minute walk to Villa Castrum, follow the arrows. People with a disability can park at Villa Castrum after reservation via milieu@riemst.be Welcome from 7:00 PM - Start of the film at 7:30 PM. It is best to bring your own blanket and folding chair. A flashlight and mosquito repellent can also be useful. There is an intermission provided. You can buy drinks and chips on-site at the nature café.
