A group of 60-plussers meets every week to loosen up their muscles a bit, under supervision. But without tiring themselves out too much. Until their faithful supervisor, himself no longer the youngest, suddenly passes away. His place is taken by an enthusiastic young live wire, full of energy and grand plans.
