De Visserij | From industrial ribbon to green city island

Get to know the history and development of the neighborhood we know as De Visserij, wedged between two watercourses. It is quite remarkable how a mainly industrial environment almost spontaneously turned into a neighborhood with often stately bourgeois houses, where it is pleasant to live and reside.
