Guided summer bike tour: To the source of the Leie

Have you also always wanted to see where the Leie river rises? Then be sure to take part in this cycling tour. We will head by car (and of course our bikes on the back) towards Aire-sur-la-Lys to start our bike ride there. We will explore the city and head through small villages to Lisbourg. We will go in search of the bubbling water of the "Golden River", a sacred place for the people of Wervik and Menen, and enjoy our picnic there. In the afternoon, we will return via the historic city of Thérouanne, once destroyed by Keizer Karel. At café le Moriny, we will stop for a drink like civilized Morini and then cycle briskly back to the starting point, where everyone is free to take a short city walk. Don't forget to taste the andouillette, a local delicacy!
