Come by and discover this vast nature reserve just the way you want. Gentbrugge Da is the place you drive past when you want to go to the center of Ghent and the coast, right? And the place where the E17 is concreted over with yellow-purple noise dampeners? Yep, that's it! Well, underneath and next to those busy highway houses you have the Gentbrugse Meersen, a huge nature domain of 276 hectares that belongs to the Scheldeland region. Well worth taking the Gentbrugge exit. Are you coming? Zeggen de Gentbrugse Meersen you not that much? No worries, that's not so strange, because until recently this green area was unknown territory, even for people from Ghent.
