The summer event that transforms Louvain-la-Neuve into a seaside resort (or almost) is back for its 18th edition from June 26 to July 30! Concerts, relaxation, and a guaranteed summer atmosphere on the Grand-Place, which becomes a true urban paradise. No need to go far this summer, the beach comes to you with its large stretches of fine sand, palm trees, parasols, deckchairs for chilling, beach games, a bouncy castle, tree climbing, go-karts, pétanque, a reading corner… and a host of activities for children and big kids. Throughout Louvain-la-Plage, one-off activities are offered to you. On the program: yoga initiation to relax gently, storytelling sessions to travel with your imagination, a climbing wall for adventurers, creative workshops to let your children's talent shine, balloon sculpting, a magic workshop… and many other surprises for 2026! And all these activities are completely free! Louvain-la-Plage is also a good dose of music. Calling all fans of musical discoveries, every summer, you can discover great artists from here or elsewhere, and it's free! Find them every Thursday and Saturday evening for the "Soirées Cerises" concerts in Grand Place de Louvain-la-Neuve.
