STEREO MC'S in De Lux

We write February 9, 2020 ... storm Ciara is announced over Flanders and ensures that quite a few people refrain from making the trip to De Lux. They would later be proven heavily wrong ... because inside a different kind of storm is raging, STEREO MC'S, who blow the roof off from minute 1. Founded in 1985 by childhood friends Rob Birch and Nick Hallem, the band quickly makes a splash with their, for that time, progressive mix of hip hop, rock, breakbeat and electronics. Their underground success, not to be underestimated, gets an extension when the group breaks through worldwide in 1992 with 'Connected', their third album, with the title track of the same name. In 2001 a second highlight follows with the release of 'Step it Up'. What is described by many, still, as the most energetic and explosive concert of recent years, gets a sequel. Ladies & gentlemen ... be ready ... because on Saturday, April 24 they are coming back ... back to the legendary stage of De Lux ... the STEREO MC'S ... Hell Yeah !!
