Oil is pressed from rapeseed all day long. There is also a mill café. In the afternoon, we offer smoutebollen (doughnuts) that are fried in artisanally pressed rapeseed oil (lard). The mill is a heritage gem. The monument itself has been preserved and cared for with care, and even with the new owners and the certified millers, it remains IN GOOD HANDS. You can experience how oil has been pressed from seeds since the 15th century. Admire the KOLLERGANG (edge runner mill), the SLAGBANK (beating bench), and the KOMFOOR (stove). Practical info: The mill and the mill café are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. From 2:00 PM you can come and enjoy the delicious smoutebollen. Accessibility: The mill installation is located on the ground floor. So accessible to everyone.
