For several years, the Japanese government has been building complexes called renewal housing in the heart of Fukushima prefecture. More than a decade after the accident, the still heavily contaminated region is seeing the appearance of this type of concrete neighborhood, enclosed in the middle of wild and radioactive nature. This film paints an intimate portrait of the inhabitants of these places and offers a poetic reflection on the region.
