Dendermonde full of stories - Nature walk

Dendermonde is full of stories. Big and small, old and new, surprising and striking. With 'Dendermonde full of stories', you can join a group walk with a guide as an individual every second Sunday of the month. On Sunday, October 11 , you can participate in the 'Nature Walk' . Our guide will take you along the greenest spots in Dendermonde. You start at the Grote Markt, where you pass beautiful historical buildings such as the City Hall and the Meat Hall. Then you head to the former fortress belt that protected the city against invasions during World War I. Today, this fortress belt has been transformed into a green oasis of peace, with the Brusselse Forten on one side and the Kalendijk area on the other. Participate in a guided tour?
