Musica Divina 2026: Momentum To be is to Weave Concert - Huis Perrekes

Huis Perrekes dwells on the great moments of truth and connects to their long tradition in which art and culture are intertwined with the life of every day. De Betties is a 70-member intergenerational choir. By literally letting their voice be heard, it places ‘dementia’ on the social agenda and enters into a relationship with culture in the broadest sense. The whole is musically supported by music therapists who work daily in Huis Perrekes. They make their own compositions, arrangements tailored for choir and musicians. Daily life serves as a source of inspiration for both text and music. Singers of all ages sing along enthusiastically: children from the school, residents and guests of Huis Perrekes, family, employees, volunteers, and sympathizers.
