Cultural trip Dendermonde

The day starts with breakfast and the Ros Beiaardswandeling accompanied by a guide. After the afternoon lunch, we visit the provincial heritage site shipyards in Baasrode. The workshop ‘Van Praet-Dansaert' was completely renovated this year. In this 19th-century studio with the original machines, we are taken back to 1986 when the last employee closed the door behind him. 40 years after the closure of the shipyard, it is open again to the general public, thanks to ‘augmented reality’. When & where Saturday, October 17, 2026 Departure: around 7 AM - Parking GSC De Drieschaar As (Schuttenbergstraat 2, As) Program 8 AM: Bus departure at parking GSC De Drieschaar. +/- 10 AM: Breakfast followed by guided Ros Beiaardswandeling Lunch +/- 2 PM: Visit to provincial heritage site shipyards in Baasrode +/- 5:30 PM - 6 PM: Departure homeward
