Bij Puur Leguum is all about organic and fair food, straight from the field. More than 50 different types of vegetables grow in the open air on the field. The focus is on fertile soil full of life that also helps ensure strong plants. They also consciously choose meat from their own stable, where they focus on animal welfare, healthy food, and a closed cycle. There are free-range pigs and mobile chicken coops.
