The short film follows an older couple, Bert and Florence, who live together in a majestic villa. They have money and regularly pop a bottle of champagne. But then something happens that gives their life and relationship a different turn. Curious: come and watch this film. For the actors Ray Verneirt (Lebbekenaar and member of OKRA Lebbeke Heizijde) & Chantal De Laet (Dendermondenaar), this was their first short film experience, but they bring their theater experience, personal insights, and their experience as informal caregivers into their role. A warm, inspiring afternoon about love, care, and finding meaning in aging. After the screening, we will talk to the actors and director. They will tell us about how the film came about and also share their personal experiences regarding the theme. For whom: Everyone is welcome: informal caregivers, family, and all interested parties! After the performance, participants will be offered a cup of coffee and a snack.
